If the wager is placed prior to the official tracks race time, you will have action on your horse wager. Ticket time given must reflect a time prior to the official track time. All past-posts, regardless of win or loss, will be deemed no-action.

Races will be graded upon the results being posted.

Betting limits and maximum payouts vary by track.

All scratches will be deemed no-action in the betting combinations in which they were involved, unless alternative payout is provided by the track with the scratched combination.

When wagering on coupled horses, if one horse scratches, you will still have action on all other horses. A refund will only be applicable if all coupled horses are scratched.

A horse has action if it leaves the starting gate. We recognize the official outcome and track payouts as supervised by the stewards and racing authority governing the track. We only recognize the correct tote board results and will not entertain refunds, wins or no-action on tickets in which a horse is disqualified or awarded additional purse money as a result of testing or post official race steward action.
